NRG are running a one day workshop on the combined benefits of muscle taping and foam roller techniques. All equipment is included as well as a few bonus techniques for stabilizing the joints.
This workshop is aimed towards any sporting person, parent, or coach wishing to grasp the concepts and benefits of combining muscle taping and foam roller techniques. The workshop will be run by accredited practitioners with sound experience in sports performance.

WHEN AND WHERE:
This workshop will be running throughout the year, the first commencing on Saturday the 30th of March at the Natural Revolution Group Clinic, located at 41-79 Crystal Street on the line of lode site. The workshop will take place in the Conference Room, starting at 9 am till 5 pm.

COST:
$100.00 – includes PowerPoint Presentation of benefits, contra-Indications and techniques, Booklet of both Foam Roller and K-tape techniques, 1x 35cm Foam Roller, 1x K-tape, morning and afternoon tea.
*NOTE: Alma Soccer Club are offering to pay for this course for all coaches.

James Morley is part principle owner in the local company (Natural Revolution Group Pty Ltd or NRG), and they consist of Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, and Remedial Practitioners.
